Wanted to share this video with you before I head out to teach some classes. I want my readers to know that just because I’m jumping off the “good food/bad food” “good body/bad body” hamster wheel, it doesn’t mean I don’t want my body to be strong. I still intend to push it, strengthen it, stretch it and make it work. And I also intend to feed it and love it even if the thighs and belly are bigger than I want. Damn it.
