I LOVE them apples, actually.

Hey Fitties! How’s your Wednesday treating you? Mine’s pretty good so far!

I posed this question on Facebook and I’m interested to know your thoughts:

I heard a rumor that apples have negative net calories — meaning you use more cals to burn them than the apples contain. Now, that doesn’t mean you should make apple eating your exercise, but does that mean you can chow down on 4 or 5 (orrr…. um 6?) a day and lose weight? Or do you still have to count the calories?

Anyone out there successfully following the new weight watchers program? Fruits are free on that program, yes? How’s it working?
