Quick check in to let you know I finished the Brazil Butt Lift Sculpt video tonight. I really liked it — the moves were creative and, like the rest of the BBL program, deceptively simple. My triceps and shoulders are dying right now. Next time I won’t do the Tummy Tuck the day before the Sculpt because many of the ab exercises are repeats and working your abs 2 days in a row isn’t the best way to get strong, flat abs (or so I hear, I know some people work them every day). I really enjoyed the strength moves but I think the video was a little long, especially since I’m doing this video 3 times this week. I think I’d prefer doing 1/2 one day and 1/2 another day.

I’m taking my rest day on Saturday, so feel free to log your BBL workouts for August 13th on this post. You’re still with me out there, right? You guys started strong and are doing so good! We don’t have a whole lot of time left in this challenge.  Push yourself as hard as you can to get the max results possible in these 4 weeks we’re working out together. If you’re like me and had to take a few rest days, no worries! Pick right back up where you started from and do your best. Deal?
